The History of Ugly MC! It is a motorcycle club founded in 1985 in Los Angeles (California, USA) after organizing a charity event in 1984 known as the “LOVE RIDE.”

This motorcycle club consists of several “Chapters” and a select number of active members, totaling around 115 men across the USA and Europe.

Ugly MC Euro Chapter has members spread across Germany, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain.

Charity and philanthropic events are part of the backbone of the MC, and each chapter manages its own efforts to help society and those in need.

During the pandemic year of 2020, we were tied down with little opportunity to act. The event we organized in Switzerland, the “Swiss Love Ride,” had been canceled like so many others, and we faced the dilemma of having done nothing.

From Spain, we mobilized and established contact with La Fe Hospital in Valencia, as it is one of the best in Spain for treating children and young people suffering from serious illnesses such as cancer or multiple sclerosis, among others. These children spend long periods in the hospital due to their conditions and even attend school within the hospital.
Obviously, they were not accepting visitors in 2020, but our commitment goes beyond just taking photos with the kids.

We want to ensure that our help reaches the right place, is appropriate, and is appreciated.

That year, we held a small lunch gathering with other MCs and friends to raise a symbolic amount of money, which allowed us to purchase what the hospital had requested: some garden benches for the terrace where the children go to get fresh air and take a break from their routine.
This was the birth of the INTERNATIONAL ROCK FESTIVAL UGLYDAYSPAIN MORAIRA.
